Who can apply?
Eligible applicants are private,
for-profit businesses including, but not limited to, corporations,
partnerships, sole proprietors, and certain cooperatives organized for
the conduct of business.
An applicant is eligible only when a specific
"GAP" is identified making financing not otherwise available
on terms and conditions which would permit completion of the project to
be financed.
Applicants must be located within the
jurisdictional boundaries of the participating City or County and, agree
not to remove the business operation from that jurisdiction until loan
funds have been completely repaid.
